It is very unlikely that the lamp could be damaged, because these sources are intended for closed lamps. If the lamp breaks, ventilate the area for 30 minutes and remove the parts, preferably with gloves. Place them in a sealed plastic bag and take them to local collection points for recycling. Do not use a
vacuum cleaner.
